Role Summary

We are seeking two experienced Change Analysts to support the successful adoption of a new enterprise solution within a complex environment. In this 12-month contract, you will focus on assessing change impacts, supporting business readiness, and ensuring stakeholders are seamlessly transitioned to new systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-centered professional to contribute to a large-scale digital transformation and deliver consistent, high-quality change outcomes.


What You Will Do:

  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business areas, roles, processes, and systems.

  • Support the development and reporting of business readiness assessments and go-live criteria.

  • Contribute to the creation of change management artefacts, including adoption plans and learning materials.

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings, and engagement activities to drive adoption.

  • Assist in the development and deployment of learning assets such as quick reference guides and job aids.


What You Need to Apply for This Role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar change analyst capacity.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives within project environments.

  • Proven ability to conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness activities.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for creating change assets.

Desirable Requirement:

  • Experience in using a range of software products such as SharePoint Online administration, Adobe Creative Suite,

Microsoft Visio, Viva Engage, Forms, and so on.
